Buying and Selling

We regularly deal with the disposal and acquisition of freehold commercial properties of all kinds. We are able to guide our clients through the complex procedures involved and advise on contracts, titles, and other issues that are relevant to the transaction.

Commercial Leases

We advise both Landlords and Tenants in relation to their existing leases including the procedures involved in renewing a lease, assigning, subletting, dealing with rent reviews and the operation of break clauses. We also advise in relation to rent deposits and guarantees.

Mortgages

Whether you are remortgaging or using mortgage finance to assist with a purchase, we deal with mortgages on all types of commercial properties.

Conditional Contracts, Overage Agreements and Option Agreements

We act for both landowners and developers in negotiating both option agreements, overage agreements and in negotiating contracts that are to be conditional on planning permission. These areas are complex and we recommend discussing your requirements at an early stage.
