Esmond qualified as a Notary in 2008 after a career in banking in London. He is also the managing partner of the firm. He enjoys meeting clients and likes to chat (alot).
His passion is sailing and he spends most of his weekends through the summer racing on the Solent.
As resident Scouser, Esmond's secondary responsibility is trying to keep the banter in the office at an acceptable level.
Tessa qualified as a solicitor in 1987 and after a career break to raise 4 children, she started work at Bampton Legal.
Tessa has been doing Wills, Probates and Lasting Powers of Attorney work for about 12 years here.
In her spare time she most likes to be with the family on a walk and a picnic.
Marie is our office manager and bookkeeper, and she also keeps a lot of our internal systems running smoothly. She started her career as a PA/Secretary and worked in London for 9 years before having 4 children who are now grown up. She joined Bampton Legal in 2014.
After a day of number crunching, she can be seen out and about walking, playing golf and gardening.
Laurel joined the residential team in 2018 after relocating to the area from Crawley.
She can help with any conveyancing query a client may have and is experienced in all aspects of residential property matters including more complicated leasehold purchases and equity release mortgages.
Olivia studied Business Management at university before deciding to pursue a career in the law via the University of Law in Bristol and plans on qualifying as a solicitor in 2024.
In her spare time, she loves walking with her Labrador, Indie (AKA our barketing assistant) and travelling.
Indie is a treasured member of the Bampton Legal team.
Indie enjoys long, leisurely walks in the countryside and evenings in by the fire.
